Utah: By Jackie Barron
Being born and raised in Idaho made me a small
town girl at heart! I lived in the "city" but always loved visiting my
friends farms. I have always dreamed of owning a ranch with different
farm animals, especially horses!
After high school I attended Southern Virginia
University. I received a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts with an
emphasis in Art and a Minor in Education. There I met and married my
wonderful husband and had our first son. After school we moved to Utah
and currently reside in West Jordan, UT.
When I heard about Personal Ponies I
immediately read through the whole website. Tears literally came to my
eyes when I read through it's touching stories. I knew I had to be a
part of PPL! I honestly cried when Marianne told me I could be Utah's
State Director.
I am excited to share my enthusiasm for U.K. Shetland ponies and love
for people through Personal Ponies!
